The process.

Tailoring and re-seaming as well as re-hemming to achieve the perfect fit and silhouette was achieved after several fittings. A non traditional princess wedding dress was selected by Jessica and the style and fit were in my opinion perfect.

The fittings.

As with any couture garment fittings and seasoning of the fabric are essential. Seasoning for us means hanging the fabric post construction and letting gravity do it’s thing. The final adjustment to hemming and waist can then be altered. An off white sheer vintage cardigan in beautiful lingerie fabric was also added for the evening coolness.
